奶粉醞釀漲價　公平會立案調查最高可罰2,500萬 Jun 6th 2012, 06:42 〔記者曹逸雯╱台北報導〕物價頻頻漲，外傳又有多款嬰幼兒奶粉將調漲價格，公平交易委員會今（6）日表示，為嚴防國內奶粉業者藉機從事聯合壟斷價格等違反公平交易法規定情事，已主動立案調查，並將陸續請業者說明及提供資料，如確定有違法事證，將予以嚴懲，最高可處以新台幣2,500萬元罰鍰。
