台灣出口衰退　施顏祥：六月有機會正成長 Jun 8th 2012, 10:52 〔全國廣播記者蔡依婷╱台中報導〕台灣今年出口已經是連續第五個月衰退，更是亞洲四小龍中唯一負成長的國家，對此經濟部長施顏祥今天強調，經濟部已啟動「龍騰計劃」，希望可以衝高出口量，而對於即將調漲的電價是否有可能喊「卡」，施顏祥說，一切會按原計劃進行。
