憲哥：散戶成刀俎上魚肉　如果要課證所稅，證交稅就取消 Apr 9th 2012, 09:39 〔記者曹逸雯╱台北報導〕股市名嘴「憲哥」賴憲政今（9）日代表散戶投資人發聲表示，現在散戶已經淪為刀俎上的魚肉，就看各位（財政健全小組）委員的刀怎麼砍，他拜託委員們如果一定要課證所稅，就應該取消證交稅，或是降低稅率，一定要考慮資本市場的競爭力，不要又像新加坡副總理尚達曼日前所說的重演台灣的故事，喪失台灣的競爭力。
