阿土伯建議劉憶如　回去問妳媽媽，復徵證所稅為何喊卡？ Apr 9th 2012, 08:38 〔記者曹逸雯╱台北報導〕知名的股市投資人「阿土伯」李金土今（9）日在討論證券交易所得稅時表示，證所稅議題相當敏感，像今日台北股市的成交量甚至不到600億元，他建議財政部長劉憶如回去問問母親郭婉容，當年復徵證所稅為什麼喊卡，就是有難以執行之處。
