房市╱北市買3房得不吃不喝29.5年　入主大安區要51.8年 Apr 26th 2012, 09:53 〔記者曹逸雯╱台北報導〕住展雜誌今（26）日發布最新「購屋痛苦指數」市調報告，以奢侈稅推出1年後來觀察，統計至今年第1季止，台北市的購屋痛苦指數再創29.5的新高，甚至比去年同期的27.5又往上增加，要在台北市購買40坪3房的預售屋或新成屋，平均要不吃不喝29.5年才買得起，其中，如果要買在首善之區的大安區，更要不吃不喝長達51.8年才買得起。
