證所稅後換房產資本利得稅　劉天仁：稅目宜化繁為簡 Apr 27th 2012, 10:07 〔記者曹逸雯╱台北報導〕證所稅議題進入白熱化階段，房產與土地交易的資本利得稅是否成為下一步財政健全小組的標靶，成為下半年影響房市的重要因素。中信房屋副總經理劉天仁表示，目前稅制的問題主要來自於稅基與實際交易價格的落差，追本溯源的根治之道應該朝向房地產相關稅目的整合與稅基、稅率的調整，如果再增加稅目，恐將使問題更加複雜化，對房市健全產生重大的影響。
