永豐餘與中華紙漿結合　公平會不禁止 Apr 26th 2012, 08:52 〔記者曹逸雯╱台北報導〕公平交易委員會今（26）日表示，有關永豐餘造紙擬與中華紙漿結合，並申報事業結合案，考量對整體經濟利益大於限制競爭之不利益，依公平交易法第12條第1項規定，不禁止其結合。
