馬英九指示中油民營化　立委批：外行領導內行 Apr 19th 2012, 05:29 〔記者曹逸雯╱台北報導〕針對馬英九總統指示研議中油民營化，經濟部長施顏祥表達支持的態度，但台聯立委許忠信今（19）日則抨擊這種做法是外行領導內行，要向馬英九提出嚴重的勸告，並詢問馬英九做出這項指示前，有沒有先詢問過經濟部這些官員的意見。
