證所稅本週定調 　課稅利空淡化　台股短線料有反彈 Apr 12th 2012, 03:18 〔記者楊伶雯╱台北報導〕國內外利空交雜，台股上週跌破年線及季線，單週累計下跌226.74點、跌幅2.86%，表現較國際主要市場來得失色。第一金投信萬得福基金經理人曾萬勝表示，台股近來內有證所稅第二階段討論，外有美國非農就業人數不如預期、西班牙債信危機升溫，台股4月來成交量萎縮，大盤上攻力道較弱，預期隨內外不確定因子趨緩，市場投資信心及買氣將回溫，屆時台股攻堅氣勢將可回穩，有利指數翻多。
