疑涉掏空遭檢調搜索股價跌停　士紙澄清：經營一切合法 Apr 19th 2012, 03:27 〔記者楊伶雯╱台北報導〕檢調偵辦士紙 (1903) 疑遭掏空案，18日前往搜索並進行約談，包括監察人及會計師等4人在約談後，檢察官19日向法院聲請羈押禁見3名嫌疑人，公司疑涉掏空消息衝擊股價，士紙早盤跳空以跌停43.8元開出，跌停賣單高達1583張；士紙則在開盤前就重大訊息公告澄清，「強調經營一切合法，財務極為健全，營運一切正常，目前僅是配合檢調的調查，絕無各媒體所言情事，目前因偵察不公開，本公司尚無所悉」。
