房市╱亞洲房價比　香港人最痛苦、台北最超值 Apr 14th 2012, 07:35 〔記者曹逸雯╱台北報導〕根據全球最大的房地產統計網站Global Property Guide所公布的資料顯示，在檢視台北、香港、上海、北京、新加坡等亞洲五大城市房價競爭力後發現，香港人必須不吃不喝28年才能買房，名列「買屋痛苦」第一名，相較之下，台北市房價所得比16.47，雖然要不吃不喝16年才買得起房子，已經讓台北人怨聲載道，但已經是五大城市中房價所得比最低的。
