看問題╱中華民國萬萬ㄙㄨㄟˋ　台灣股民的悲哀… Apr 17th 2012, 05:25 〔記者楊伶雯╱台北報導〕政府高舉著公平正義的大旗，財政部快整端出課徵證所稅方案，但光是在討論期間，台股就先跌掉9.46%，之後雖有反彈大漲1天，但是本週仍是持續下跌，連法人都發出「中華民國萬萬ㄙㄨㄟˋ」，用「世界主要國家鮮少雙稅並行」來強調台灣股民的悲哀」，甚至認為，指數可能回測7397點。
