房市╱Q1大宗不動產交易僅63.81億　較去年大幅衰退65% Apr 5th 2012, 03:35 〔記者曹逸雯╱台北報導〕根據戴德梁行統計，由於市場待售物件減少，今年第1季的不含土地的大宗不動產交易金額僅63.81億元，較去年同期大幅衰退65%，從金額來看，以廠辦大樓居多，占總成交金額的42%，其次是零售店面商場，也占了30%。
