因應高油價時代　台北捷運規劃發行萬行卡　預計5月訂約 Apr 10th 2012, 16:30 〔記者曹逸雯╱台北報導〕因應油價上漲，為提高民眾搭乘大眾運輸的意願，行政院經建會10日表示，將由北捷公司針對相關建案的位置、規模與卡片的需求型式與數量，規劃符合消費者需求的「萬行卡」，預計5月份即可訂約發卡。
