二代健保補充保費　44%上班族感覺無奈、一直被剝皮 Apr 6th 2012, 07:52 〔記者楊伶雯╱台北報導〕近日民怨聲不斷，油電價正式宣告調漲，「二代健保」接著而來，2%的補充保費更是爭議不斷，根據360d才庫人力資源公佈「上班族二代健保知多少調查」，近9成受訪上班族聽過「二代健保」，超過5成「不清楚」二代健保與原本健保的差異；對於額外收入需補繳2%的補充健保費，上班族大多表「無奈」感覺被剝皮，找打工、兼差、接案的心情大受影響。
