今年連3降　巴西再降3碼拚經濟 股市正面回應 Apr 19th 2012, 11:00 〔記者楊伶雯╱台北報導〕今年來新興國家紛紛透過降息刺激經濟，股市反應相當正面，18日歐美股市因歐債疑慮干擾大跌，巴西聖保羅指數因巴西央行宣布再降息3碼激勵，仍維持走揚格局，收盤上漲0.5%。
