證所稅定案　個人所得300萬以上課20% 法人50萬以上課12% Apr 12th 2012, 12:18 〔記者曹逸雯╱台北報導〕投資人引頸企盼的證券交易所得稅課稅方案終於出爐。財政部長劉憶如12日晚間表示，個人資本所得在300萬元以上者，超過300萬元的部分將依20%的稅率課徵，將採分離計算、合併申報的課稅方式，希望明（102）年起實施。
