購屋信心持續回溫　小幅看漲未來房價比重連2季回升 Apr 12th 2012, 10:47 〔記者曹逸雯╱台北報導〕購屋信心持續回溫，也不再像先前高度期待房價修正，根據房仲業者調查，民眾對未來3個月房價看法，認為「小幅看漲」的比重由總統大選前的12%，選後上升到17%，現在則增加到29%，已連續2季回升。
