台積電南科晶圓14廠5期動土　將創4500個工作機會 Apr 9th 2012, 08:08 〔記者楊伶雯╱台北報導〕台積電南科晶圓14廠12吋超大型晶圓廠第五期工程9日動土，董事長張忠謀親自主持，這是繼竹科晶圓12廠第六期後，再擴展20奈米製程技術的生產據點，預計2014年初量產，張忠謀表示，未來將再投入逾3500億元，將可再創造4500個工作機會。
