油電雙漲　受惠及受害股各10檔　太陽能、LED、自行車強 Apr 12th 2012, 11:18 〔記者楊伶雯╱台北報導〕油、電雙漲成定局，電價漲幅12日下午拍板定案，住宅用電將上漲16.9%，商業用電漲幅30%，以工業用電漲幅達35%最大，摩根JF台灣金磚基金經理人葉鴻儒指出，就類股表現來看，隨油、電價調漲，節能概念的太陽能、LED、自行車等族群連袂走強，東元、億光、晶電、益通、昇陽科、達能、中美晶、合晶、美利達、巨大堪稱油電上漲受惠股。
