證所稅怎麼課？　財政部周四提版本　102年開徵 Apr 9th 2012, 13:13 〔記者曹逸雯╱台北報導〕財政健全小組9日針對有價證券資本利得稅課稅部分達成共識，證券交易所得將自102年開徵，但對於證所稅究竟應在「最低稅負制」之下課徵？還是回歸「所得稅法」？意見並不一致，財政部將在綜合評估、明列利弊得失後，於本周四（12日）提出財政部版本，報請行政院核定。
