油電雙漲　中經院估影響物價、經濟成長0.4個百分點以上 Apr 17th 2012, 04:24 〔記者曹逸雯╱台北報導〕國內油價自4月2日起調漲1成，電價也將自5月15日起上漲，根據中華經濟研究院的估算，此次油電雙漲，將推升全年消費者物價指數上升0.44個百分點，並使經濟成長率下降0.48個百分點。
