檢討資本利得稅、國家債務管理　列財政小組優先討論議題 Mar 28th 2012, 09:17 〔記者曹逸雯╱台北報導〕財政健全小組今（28）日舉行第一次會議，經過小組成員中10位學者專家的評分，選出6項優先討論議題，分別是財政改革3項、稅制改革3項，評分結果，果然如外界事先所預期的，檢討資本利得課稅、管理國家債務成為稅改、財改最優先討論議題。
