限制計程車銷售區域　公平會罰TOYOTA 300萬 Mar 28th 2012, 04:43 〔記者曹逸雯╱台北報導〕公平交易委員會今（28）日委員會議決議，和泰汽車（TOYOTA）限制經銷商銷售計程車訂有責任區域的做法，有限制競爭或妨礙公平競爭之虞，違反公平交易法第19條第6款規定，因而處新台幣300萬元罰鍰。
