證所稅讓台股跌很大？　劉憶如：別自己嚇自己 Mar 29th 2012, 11:40 〔記者曹逸雯╱台北報導〕財政健全小組28日確定將資本利得稅列為優先討論議題，讓29日的台北股市收盤下跌165點，對於外界將台股大跌歸因於證所稅議題，財政部長劉憶如強調，國際股市也普遍走跌，台股的表現應屬正常，且成交量有1300億元，她呼籲投資人平常心，不要自己嚇自己，「沒事」、「放心」。
