投審會核准恆憶投資50億　認購華亞科7.63億股 Mar 29th 2012, 17:16 〔記者曹逸雯╱台北報導〕經濟部投資審議委員會29日審議通過美光以旗下荷蘭商恆憶控股公司申請匯入相當於新台幣50億元的等值外幣，認購華亞科技7.63億股，同時，也同意韓商樂天集團（LOTTE SHOPPING CO., LTD）申請匯入相當於新台幣10億元的等值外幣，受讓富邦金控創業投資持有的富邦媒體科技股份有限公司股份717萬股。
