新興市場邁入長多　中小型股潛力看升 Mar 15th 2012, 13:39 〔記者楊伶雯╱台北報導〕今年新興市場表現再度領先歐美國家，保德信新興中小基金經理人黃榮安表示，從去年底以來，南歐債信議題淡化、全球景氣回溫、投資信心提升，加上豐沛的資金潮推波助瀾，新興股市扭轉過去一年多的弱勢，尤其此波新興市場大、中、小型股的走勢中，不論自去年底起漲以來或3月初拉回整理的階段，中小型股均表現較突出，顯示新興股市正邁入多頭軌道。
