房市╱年後買盤青壯派出頭　北市購屋平均年齡大減6歲 Mar 16th 2012, 04:17 〔記者曹逸雯╱台北報導〕農曆年後，市場買氣逐漸打開，春燕到來之際，到底哪類人是這波的購屋主力？根據房仲業者統計今年2、3月的成交資料後發現，在購屋平均年齡上，台北市以39.3歲位居五都之最，但已比去年同期整整少了6歲之多，主要是現階段以自住需求為主，年輕的購屋人增加所致。
