房市╱329檔開跑　成屋市場帶看量增26%、網路瀏覽增39% Mar 16th 2012, 01:15 〔記者曹逸雯╱台北報導〕今年329檔期北部推案爆大量，成屋市場也開始起跑，根據房仲業者統計，年後網路看屋的瀏覽量比農曆年前多了將近4成，帶看房屋次數也比年前多了26%，觀望買氣似乎又重回市場了。
