台經院製造業服務業景氣雙雙下滑　上半年觸底反彈增變數 May 29th 2012, 03:18 〔記者曹逸雯╱台北報導〕受到國內外景氣低迷影響，台灣經濟研究院今（29）日發布的製造業與服務業營業氣候測驗點，在前3個月連續上揚後，4月首度出現製造業及服務業雙雙下滑的情況，對於國內經濟情勢能否如預期的在上半年觸底反彈，埋下變數。
