沒見到劉憶如！張忠謀：證所稅若沒準備好就做是有勇無謀 May 30th 2012, 11:39 〔記者顏真真╱台北報導〕財政部長劉憶如閃電請辭，30日缺席與前美國財政部長桑默斯及台積電董事長張忠謀座談，不過，張忠謀會前受訪時表示，不知道劉憶如缺席的原因，但若是身體不舒服，這情有可原，至於政府推動證所稅，他說，在租稅公平原則下，他不反對，但沒充份準備好就實施，這就是「有勇無謀」。
