施俊吉：火雞配對生不出孔雀！　不能以降證交稅換證所稅 May 28th 2012, 04:24 〔記者曹逸雯╱台北報導〕前金管會主委、中央研究院研究員施俊吉今（28）日在證所稅公聽會指出，證交稅其實就是證所稅，因此千萬不能以調降證交稅來換證所稅，只會讓台北股市繼續量縮，對於行政院以及立委目前很可能想整合證所稅各家版本，他也強調，2隻火雞配對，是生不出1隻孔雀的，希望能緩議證所稅議題。
