不知油電雙漲？劉憶如：當然知道，只是希望錯開宣布時間 May 28th 2012, 04:54 〔記者曹逸雯╱台北報導〕財政部長劉憶如日前私下拜會立委時表示，如果早知道油電雙漲，就不會推證所稅的發言，引發各界議論紛紛，劉憶如今（28）日表示，她當然知道油電要漲，只是不知道宣布時間，她的意思是，如果事先知道，就可以錯開宣布的時間。
