現在經濟體質不好　吳秉叡：如果不漲電價，就來談證所稅 May 28th 2012, 03:22 〔記者曹逸雯╱台北報導〕民進黨立委吳秉叡今（28）日在證所稅公聽會表示，財政部長劉憶如都說，不知道要油電雙漲，要不然也不會在這時候提出證所稅議題，可見時機是很重要的，他指出，現在台灣經濟體質不好，沒有辦法接二連三受打擊，請行政院研究，如果不要漲油價電價，再來談證所稅。
