專家：IPO定價新規　有利於抑制新股投機 May 23rd 2012, 07:50 〔大陸新聞中心╱綜合報導〕5月21日，大陸證監會公布修訂後的《證券發行與承銷管理辦法》，對IPO定價方式進行調整。專家稱此次調整有助於增加首次公開募股定價的靈活性，拉平一、二級市場價差，對新股投機起到很大的抑制作用。
