準上櫃股╱漢微科5/21掛牌上櫃　每股暫定200元 May 4th 2012, 12:55 〔記者楊伶雯╱台北報導〕漢民微測科技 (3658)預計5月21日掛牌上櫃，暫定承銷價每股200元，董事長許金榮指出，受惠於晶圓代工等半導體廠近2年來擴大資本支出，有利於機台的銷售，未來營運前景看好，今年第1季稅後淨利2.74億元，年成長123.57%，每股稅後淨利4.57元，營收、獲利雙雙創下單季歷史新高。
