收購凱基證可望達陣　開發金：4項成就條件中，已達成3項 May 23rd 2012, 14:58 〔記者顏真真╱台北報導〕開發金控23日表示，公開收購凱基證券100%股權進度獲得重大進展，在4項成就條件中，已達成3項，目前收購數量符合預期，由於收購期間至28日截止，預計最快24日可跨越收購50.1%以上的股權，完成收購程序。
