鼓勵民間投資　大陸發改委促「新36條」實施細則 May 23rd 2012, 04:17 〔大陸新聞中心╱綜合報導〕大陸國家發展改革委再度知會43個部門，並表示「新36條」貫徹落實工作的整體進展還不夠理想，要求落實鼓勵和引導民間投資健康發展實施細則制訂工作。另外，由大陸國家發改委主導的「民間投資監測分析」、「鼓勵引導工程諮詢機構服務民間投資」等工作也即將出台實施細則。
