大陸勞動者中暑可申請工傷！？　氣溫35度以上為高溫 May 28th 2012, 06:55 〔大陸新聞中心╱綜合報導〕高溫將至，大陸國家安監總局等部門新修訂的《防暑降溫措施暫行辦法》日前結束意見徵集，新《辦法》中，明確35℃以上為高溫天氣，氣溫超過40℃須停止戶外作業。
