全國首張「萬行卡」　4月底高雄誕生 Mar 16th 2012, 14:59 〔記者曹逸雯╱台北報導〕針對購買捷運周邊住宅，就可以在上下班時段優惠搭乘捷運所設計的「萬行卡」，在經建會的積極促成下，副主委黃萬翔16日宣布，全國首張萬行卡將於4月底在高雄誕生，下個月將正式訂約發卡。
