台積太陽能公司邁入生產階段　4月開始出貨 Mar 16th 2012, 09:50 〔記者楊伶雯╱台北報導〕台積太陽能公司16日表示，TS CIGS系列的太陽能模組，已廣泛獲得UL（Underwriters Laboratories）和國際電工委員會（International Electrotechnical Commission，IEC）的認證，預計今年4月開始出貨予客戶。
