第3波開放陸資來台3月底上路　未來審慎考慮改採負面表列 Mar 20th 2012, 08:00 〔記者曹逸雯╱台北報導〕經濟部今（20）日宣布，行政院已於3月19日核定第三階段開放陸資來臺投資業別項目，新增開放項目包括製造業115項、服務業23項及公共建設23項，其中製造業開放幅度已達97%，已與僑外投資開放項目相近，未來將審慎檢討是否改採負面表列方式。
