紙尿褲業者SCA Hygiene擬與全日美結合　公平會不禁止 May 24th 2012, 03:37 〔記者曹逸雯╱台北報導〕公平交易委員會今（24）日表示，有關瑞典商SCA Hygiene Holding AB公司擬與全日美實業結合案，受影響的紙尿褲市場因無進入障礙，2業者合併後並不具顯著限制競爭疑慮，因此，不禁止其結合。
